As everybody says that we need to exercise, I have a walking on alternative day basis.
Today, I went to a seaside path to have my walking.
I enjoyed the view.
The path was quiet, not too many people.
Some people were running, some walking, some playing with their grand children. The environment was very relax.
I walked around for half an hour.
The sky turned darker and darker. It was time to go home.
If I have to choose one kind of exercise, I prefer walking.
Walking is suitable for all ages. I like to have an evening walk when the sun has gone down. With a sunset view, the scene is beautiful to look at.
To have an evening walk is a blessing to me.
